3D ANIMATOR

About the Role
Tiqo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented and passionate 3D Animator to join our animation team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in character animation, motion capture, and creating high-quality animations for real-time applications. You will work closely with our production team to develop polished character performances for cutting-edge projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform motion capture recordings using the Rokoko Motion Capture Suit.
Act out character movements, gestures, and actions for motion capture sessions.
Clean up, refine, and polish motion capture data into production-ready animations.
* Create high-quality manual character animations when required.
* Work with character rigs, animation assets, and production pipelines.
* Collaborate with artists and developers to deliver high-quality character performances.
* Assist in planning and executing motion capture recording sessions.
* Optimize animation assets for real-time applications such as games and interactive experiences.
* Maintain organized animation files and follow studio production standards.

Requirements
* Good knowledge of Blender and/or Autodesk Maya.
* Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, spacing, and body mechanics.
* Experience or strong interest in motion capture workflows and animation cleanup.
* Ability to create convincing manual keyframe character animations.
* Basic rigging knowledge is an added advantage.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new production workflows.

Preferred Qualifications
* 0–2 years of experience in 3D character animation (Freshers with strong portfolios are welcome to apply).
* Portfolio or showreel demonstrating character animation skills.
* Experience with Rokoko Motion Capture or similar mocap systems is a plus.
