About the Role
We are looking for a creative and passionate Motion Graphic Designer who can transform ideas into engaging visual stories. The ideal candidate should have agency experience and a strong understanding of social media trends, creating high-quality motion graphics and videos that drive engagement across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Create engaging motion graphics, reels, advertisements, and promotional videos for social media and digital campaigns.
• Edit videos using creative transitions, animations, sound design, and visual effects.
• Design animations, typography, and graphics using Adobe After Effects.
• Edit and produce high-quality videos using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Handle camera operations for shoots, including framing, lighting, and capturing professional-quality footage.
• Collaborate with the creative, social media, and marketing teams to execute campaign concepts.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and create content optimized for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and project timelines.
Required Skills
• 1–2 years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer.
• Agency experience is mandatory.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, animation principles, and video editing techniques.
• Understanding of social media content formats, trends, and audience behavior.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple projects.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Basic understanding of color grading and sound editing.
• Good understanding of camera handling and video production.
• Experience creating reels, ad creatives, and short-form video content.
• Ability to brainstorm creative concepts independently.
Mandatory Skills
