HIRING FOR VIDEO EDITOR INTERN

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a creative, passionate Video Editor Intern who can bring our content to life across YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms. You will work on educational wellness videos, promotional content, reels, thumbnails, and graphic creatives. This is a real, hands-on role — not just an observe-and-assist internship. Strong performers will be offered a full-time position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Video Editing

● Edit raw footage into polished YouTube videos, reels, and short-form content ● Add subtitles, lower thirds, transitions, and motion graphics as needed
● Maintain consistent brand tone, style, and visual identity across all videos
● Colour grade and audio-correct footage for professional output
● Manage multiple video projects simultaneously and meet deadlines Graphic Design & Creatives
● Design YouTube thumbnails that are attention-grabbing and on-brand
● Create social media posts, story creatives, and promotional banners
● Design course materials, digital flyers, and event posters when needed Content Pipeline Support
● Organise and manage video files, raw footage, and asset libraries
● Coordinate with the content team for briefs, feedback, and revisions
● Stay updated on current content trends and apply them creatively

TOOLS REQUIRED
✓ Adobe Premiere Pro — Primary video editing tool — must know timeline editing, cuts, effects, export.
✓ Adobe Photoshop — Thumbnail creation, image retouching, visual asset design.
✓ Adobe Illustrator — Vector graphics, logo work, print/digital design creatives. ✓ Canva — Quick social media creatives, presentations, team-shared design tasks.
